Earning points
How to earn loyalty points.
Two sources: your orders, automatically, and six one-off missions.
The six missions together add up to 65 points, which is more than the 50 points of your first reward voucher. Your date of birth is essential if you want to receive your birthday voucher.

From 200 points, each point is worth 11 cents instead of 10: waiting pays more. There are also two dedicated vouchers for the subscription, €5 for 50 points and €10 for 100 points.

At Silver tier, €100 spent earns 150 points instead of 100; at Gold tier, 200 points. Without a tier, delivery is free from €59 in France and from €69 to €89 across Europe, depending on the destination.

The MushClub is the Mush n Go loyalty programme. Every euro spent on mushngo.com earns you 1 point, and six simple missions earn you 65 points more. Your points are exchanged for reward vouchers worth €5 to €55.
Is joining the loyalty programme free?
Yes. Create your customer account or log in, then join the programme from the MushClub module on this page. Creating the account already earns you 5 points.
How many points does one euro spent earn?
1 point per euro to start with. At Silver tier, from €200 spent, your points are multiplied by 1.5. At Gold tier, from €300, they are doubled.
How much are my points worth as a reward voucher?
50 points are worth a €5 voucher, 100 points a €10 voucher, 200 points a €22 voucher and 500 points a €55 voucher. From 200 points, each point is worth 11 cents instead of 10.
How do I use a MushClub reward voucher?
Choose your voucher in the MushClub area as soon as your balance allows it. It then applies to your next order. The exact conditions are shown at the moment you redeem it.
Do my loyalty points have an expiry date?
The validity rules for points and reward vouchers are shown in your MushClub area. Check it to see the exact situation of your account, or write to us if you are in any doubt.
How do I move up a tier and receive my birthday voucher?
Your tier depends on the total amount spent on the site: Bronze from €100, Silver from €200, Gold from €300. The birthday voucher is €5 at Bronze tier, €10 at Silver tier and €15 at Gold tier; enter your date of birth in the missions in order to receive it.
Is the loyalty programme linked to the referral programme?
They are two separate programmes and they can be combined. The MushClub rewards your own orders; the referral programme rewards the people close to you that you recommend us to. Its conditions are on the referral page. The other questions are answered in our FAQ.
