A functional or medicinal mushroom is a mushroom that, thanks to its composition, acts positively on the body. These superfoods have been used for centuries in Chinese medicine. Thanks to their active compounds, they are able to regulate the body, control our body’s responses to stress, strengthen immunity, focus and energy, improve sleep and even promote muscle well-being.

Brainstoorm coffee comes in powder form, like instant coffee. Simply serve one dose of powder (6 to 8 g depending on taste) into a cup and mix with a hot liquid such as water, milk or a plant-based drink. A large Brainstoorm bag contains 30 doses: 240 g in chocolate hazelnut flavour (8 g doses) or 180 g in coffee flavour (6 g doses). The pouch format contains 7 doses.

Focus comes in capsule form, to be swallowed with a large glass of water.

It all depends on each person's body and metabolism. Some people will see results after the first few days of the course (some even from the very first dose) while others will see them after a few weeks.

If needed, you can increase your daily dose.

Brainstoorm has a delicious chocolate-hazelnut flavour that brings back childhood. Its mild, balanced flavour is reminiscent of cereals and cocoa, without the bitterness typical of coffee, or the earthy taste often associated with mushrooms.

Yes, each cup contains 20 mg of NewCaff® caffeine, a microencapsulated caffeine that is released evenly, as your needs arise: steady energy that lasts, without palpitations.

No, Mush n Go's mushrooms and adaptogenic plants create no psychotropic effect. They are completely different from hallucinogenic mushrooms and contain no hallucinogenic substance such as psilocybin, which is responsible for hallucinogenic effects. What's more, our products are legal worldwide.

There are several categories of mushroom:

Culinary mushrooms, which we know well, such as button mushrooms or ceps.

Medicinal mushrooms such as Chaga, Cordyceps, Lion's Mane or Reishi.

Hallucinogenic mushrooms, which contain substances such as psilocybin, which alters the brain.

These categories of mushroom are quite distinct and have nothing to do with one another. With Mush n Go formulas, we offer you products made solely from medicinal mushrooms, recognised for their health benefits.

Our ingredients are of natural origin and come from high-quality European producers.

Our formula contains no traditional sugar, to avoid blood-sugar spikes. Brainstoorm has a lovely chocolate-hazelnut flavour thanks to a natural sweetener and sugar substitute, so you can enjoy all the benefits of our coffee without the harmful effects of refined sugars and for only 13 calories per cup!

With one cup of Brainstoorm a day and 1 to 2 Focus capsules, you'll have all the benefits to make the most of your day.

Mix one 8g dose of Brainstoorm with 200 ml of water, milk or plant-based drink, hot or cold.

Focus has a dosage of 2 capsules per day; we recommend taking one capsule in the morning before breakfast and one capsule before lunch (we advise not taking a capsule after 4pm so as not to disrupt sleep). But you can also take both capsules in the morning.
