Passionate about biohacking and performance for as long as he can remember, Alexandre is a true devotee of food supplements. His goal: to find the best of every ingredient to create exceptional formulas.
In 2022, he embarked on intensive research into adaptogenic mushrooms and plants. Lion's Mane, Ashwagandha, Rhodiola — he tested everything, analysed every study, searched for the perfect dosages. This obsession led to the creation of Mush n Go in 2023: formulas that combine mushrooms and plants in unique synergies, made in Brittany.

Passionate about food supplements and biohacking, Alexandre set out on an obsessive quest: to find the best ingredients, the best dosages, the best synergies between adaptogenic mushrooms and plants. Months of research, testing and formulation with a single goal: to create products that are truly perfect.
The creation of Mush n Go
After months of R&D, Mush n Go is officially created. A partnership with a renowned French laboratory in Brittany. Together, the formulas are finalised to combine adaptogenic mushrooms and plants with the optimal dosages. The goal: not simply to sell mushrooms, but to create genuinely complete solutions.
Launch of the capsules
The first formulas hit the market: Focus, Anti-Stress, Sleep+, Energy, Immunity, Muscle Recovery. 6 capsule cures, each combining adaptogenic mushrooms and plants for maximum effectiveness. The first customer feedback confirmed what we already knew: the formulas work.
