Ashwagandha

Rhodiola & Ginkgo

Well-documented safety profiles. Rare side effects. Rhodiola may interact with antidepressants; ginkgo with anticoagulants.

Contraindications

Although our ingredients are considered safe, certain precautions are necessary:

  • Pregnant or breastfeeding women: consult a healthcare professional before use
  • People on anticoagulant therapy: Reishi and Ginkgo may enhance anticoagulant effects
  • People on immunosuppressant therapy: mushrooms may stimulate the immune system
  • Mushroom allergies: avoid in the case of a known mushroom allergy
  • Scheduled surgery: stop supplementation 2 weeks beforehand
  • People on antidepressant therapy: Rhodiola may interact with certain treatments
