The essentials
- Refusing is just as simple as accepting: both buttons sit at the same level on the banner.
- No non-exempt audience measurement, advertising or affiliate cookie is placed before you agree.
- Only the cookies that are strictly necessary for the website to work (basket, sign-in, security, remembering your choices) are placed without consent.
- Your choices are kept for 6 months, after which we ask you again.
- You can change them at any time by clicking “Manage my cookies” at the bottom of every page.
This page explains which trackers are used on mushngo.com, what they are for and how you keep control of them. It supplements our privacy policy, which describes all of our processing of personal data.
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small file placed on your device by the website you are visiting, or by a third party whose service is embedded in that website. It makes it possible to recognise you from one page to the next, to remember your basket or your preferences, to measure audience figures or to tailor the advertising you see elsewhere.
The word “cookie” is used here in its broad sense: it also covers equivalent technologies, such as browserlocal storage, invisible pixels and identifiers sent from our servers to advertising platforms.
The placing of these trackers is governed by Article 82 of the French Informatique et Libertés Act and by the guidelines of the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
2. The four categories

Refusing a category does not prevent you from ordering: only the necessary cookies are genuinely needed. Refusing preference cookies may, however, mean that you lose certain settings from one visit to the next.
3. Changing your choices at any time
On the website
- Click “Manage my cookies”, at the bottom of any page.
- Turn each category on or off.
- Save: the new setting applies immediately.
Your choices are kept for 6 months. After that, the banner reappears.
In your browser
You can also block or delete cookies from your browser. The steps vary:
- Chrome: Settings › Privacy and security › Cookies and other site data
- Firefox: Settings › Privacy & Security › Cookies and Site Data
- Safari: Settings › Safari › Privacy & Security
- Edge: Settings › Cookies and site permissions
Please note: deleting the cookies in your browser also erases the record of your consent choices, and your current basket.
On the advertising platforms
You can also manage personalised advertising directly with the platforms concerned, from the settings of your Google, Meta or Microsoft account.
4. Who sets cookies on mushngo.com
The table below sets out the issuers identified during the latest automated scan of the website. The exhaustive list, cookie by cookie, appears in part 8.

The role of each of these providers and the legal basis for the associated processing are set out in Article 7 of our privacy policy.
Server-side tracking. Certain events, a purchase for example, may be sent from our servers to the advertising platforms, through the Stape and wetracked tools. These transfers take place only if you have accepted advertising cookies, and identifiers are hashed wherever possible.
5. How long they are kept
- Your consent: 6 months, after which we ask you again.
- Audience measurement and advertising trackers: 13 months at most, in line with the CNIL's recommendation.
- Affiliate tracker: 30 days.
- Session cookies: erased when the browser is closed.
- Aggregated statistics: these no longer make it possible to identify you and are kept without a time limit.
6. Transfers outside the European Union
Some issuers are established, or store data, outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States and in Canada. These transfers rely on an adequacy decision of the European Commission, including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, or failing that on the standard contractual clauses. The details appear in Article 8 of our privacy policy.
7. Unclassified cookies
The scan also identifies cookies placed by services embedded in the website whose classification has not yet been finalised by their publisher: offer personalisation, survey, video and customer review tools. They appear under the heading “unclassified” in the list below, and are subject to the same consent regime as the category to which they belong.
8. The full, up-to-date list
The list below is produced by the automated scan carried out by our consent tool. For each cookie, it gives its name, the issuer, its purpose, its duration and its type. It is regenerated every time the website is analysed, which guarantees that it reflects the trackers actually present and not a list copied out by hand.
9. Your rights and your contact
The consent you give here covers only the placing and reading of trackers. For everything to do with your personal data — access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability — the steps to follow are described on the personal data protection.
