Terraphy review
Terraphy is a French brand of organic liquid mushroom extracts, grown and extracted in Normandy: you take them with a dropper, under the tongue or in a drink. Its “Concentration.” formula combines lion's mane, bacopa and vitamins B6 and B9. It is an original and carefully crafted approach. Focus, by Mush n Go, plays a different card: one capsule a day, five extracts with every dose written down, two vitamins, and 60 days to change your mind, even once the box is open. Here are the two labels, line by line.
Who is writing: Mush n Go makes Focus, a product that competes with the one from Terraphy. This page compares what each brand states on its website and, for Focus, the technical data sheet from our contract manufacturer. Figures recorded on 6 October 2026. We have no connection with Terraphy.
Focus
Lion's mane from the fruiting body, ginkgo, bacopa, saffron and maritime pine, with vitamins B2 and B3. One capsule in the morning.

A dropper or a capsule, two ways to take your lion's mane.
Terraphy and Mush n Go are two French brands that work with lion's mane from the fruiting body. They do not present it in the same way. Terraphy has chosen a liquid, alcohol-free, that you measure out yourself with the dropper. Mush n Go has chosen the capsule, dosed once and for all, with a broader formula.
- Focus is for you if you prefer a capsule to swallow in the morning, a formula with five extracts and two vitamins, written doses for every ingredient, and 60 days to try it.
- Terraphy is for you if organic and French-grown mushrooms come before everything else, if you do not like capsules, or if you want an extract you can measure out yourself, including for a child aged 6 and over.
- On price, the two are close as a one-off purchase: €1.33 a day for Terraphy's Concentration formula at 1 mL, €1.42 for Focus; on subscription, Focus comes down to €1.00 and then €0.78 a day.
What is Terraphy
Organic liquid extracts, grown and extracted in Normandy.
Terraphy sells a range of mushroom extracts online, in dropper bottles: single extracts, such as “Lion's mane.”, and formulas, such as “Concentration.”. The brand says it grows its mushrooms in Normandy, extracts them by ultrasound in its own laboratory, and uses only the fruiting body. Its Concentration formula received a trade award in 2025, according to the brand.
The ingredients in detail
What is in one dose of Terraphy.
Terraphy's ingredient lists are very short and easy to read. For the lion's mane extract on its own, the brand states a figure per dose and a beta-glucan content. For the Concentration formula, it gives the list of ingredients, without the amounts.
| Per 1 mL dose | “Lion's mane.” | “Concentration.” |
|---|---|---|
| Lion's mane, fruiting body | 1,200 mg stated | amount not stated |
| Beta-glucans | 37% | not stated |
| Bacopa | absent | powder, amount not stated |
| Vitamins B6 and B9 | absent | present, amounts not stated |
| Base | purified water, organic vegetable glycerine | purified water, organic vegetable glycerine |
| Price | €29.90 for 30 doses | €39.90 for 30 doses |
Source: “Lion's mane.” and “Concentration.” product pages on myterraphy.com, recorded on 6 October 2026. For the Concentration formula, the FAQ states that 1 to 2 mL a day provide the equivalent of 400 to 800 mg of dried mushrooms. The brand does not specify whether the 1,200 mg in the single extract is a weight of extract or an equivalent, nor its extraction ratio.
Extract or equivalent
Two numbers for the same mushroom: how to read them.
On a mushroom capsule label, the same ingredient can appear with two very different weights. Both are correct; they simply do not measure the same thing. That is the question raised by the figures from Terraphy, which does not specify which of the two it states. On the Focus side, we give both.
The extract is what is in the capsule
An extract is a concentrate. With a 10:1 ratio, it took 10 g of dried mushroom to obtain 1 g of powder.
The equivalent is the starting weight
“1,000 mg dry equivalent” with a 10:1 ratio means 100 mg of extract in the capsule.
The part of the mushroom matters
The fruiting body is the mushroom itself; the mycelium is its network of filaments. Both are used, and a clear label says which.
The rule for comparing
Always the same column on both sides: extract against extract, equivalent against equivalent. That is what the following table does.
Dosages compared
Focus and Terraphy Concentration, line by line.
The table compares the daily dose of Focus, one capsule, with a 1 mL dose of Terraphy's Concentration formula, the closest in composition. For Focus, the dried-plant equivalent appears in brackets.
| Per day | Focus | Terraphy Concentration |
|---|---|---|
| Form | plant-based capsule | liquid, by dropper |
| Lion's mane | 250 mg of 4:1 extract (1,000 mg), fruiting body | fruiting body; around 400 mg of dried-mushroom equivalent according to the brand |
| Bacopa | 75 mg of extract, of which 15 mg bacosides | powder, amount not stated |
| Ginkgo | 60 mg of extract | absent |
| Maritime pine | 36 mg of bark extract | absent |
| Saffron | 14 mg of extract | absent |
| Vitamin B3 | 16 mg, 100% of the reference intake | absent |
| Vitamin B2 | 1.4 mg, 100% of the reference intake | absent |
| Vitamins B6 and B9 | absent | present, amounts not stated |
| Organic | no | yes, according to the brand |
| Vegan | yes | yes |
| Alcohol | none | none |

The two formulas share the same foundation, lion's mane and bacopa, complemented by B vitamins. Terraphy has its organic status, cultivation in Normandy and a capsule-free format in its favour. Focus has doses written out line by line, including the bacoside content of the bacopa, and three more extracts: ginkgo, saffron and maritime pine. Its vitamins are at 100% of the reference intake: vitamin B3 contributes to normal psychological function and, like vitamin B2, to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Liquid or capsule
A liquid you measure out, or a capsule already dosed.
Terraphy's choice is flexibility. A dropper lets you adjust the dose, slip it into a glass of water or juice, and use it for the whole family: the brand says its extracts are suitable for children from the age of 6 at half the dose. The taste, slightly sweetened by the glycerine, is not reminiscent of mushroom, according to the brand.
Mush n Go's choice is simplicity. One capsule, the same every morning, with nothing to measure and no taste. This format brings five dry extracts and two vitamins together in a single dose.
How to take it
Focus: one capsule a day, with a meal. Terraphy: 1 to 2 mL a day, under the tongue or in a drink.
How long it lasts
A box of Focus covers 30 days. So does a bottle of Terraphy, at 1 mL a day; fifteen days at 2 mL.
The drink
Would you rather have a cup than a capsule? Brainstoorm brings lion's mane, cordyceps and chaga together in a coffee-flavoured drink.
Price, shipping, guarantee
The price per day, and what the guarantee covers.
Both brands sell one-month formats in France, in euros. Terraphy's price per day depends on the dose: it doubles if you take 2 mL.

| Subscription | €29.90 a month, i.e. €1.00 per day; €69.90 for 3 months, i.e. €0.78 | available; prices not shown on the page recorded |
| Shipping | free from €59 | free from €70 |
| Money-back guarantee | 60 days, even once the box is open | not offered: statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, unopened product |
Prices recorded on 6 October 2026 on mushngo.com and myterraphy.com, excluding temporary promotions. Terraphy's “Lion's mane.” extract on its own is €29.90 for 30 doses. Return conditions as per Terraphy's refund policy.
As a one-off purchase, the two are level, give or take a few cents, and the three-month bundle is the same price. Two things set them apart: the Focus subscription, which brings the day down to €1.00 and then €0.78, and the guarantee. Terraphy applies the statutory right of withdrawal, for an unopened bottle; Focus is refunded for 60 days, even once started.
