Will Mush Caps fit my machine?
Yes if it takes Nespresso® Original capsules (Essenza, Pixie, CitiZ, Inissia, U, Lattissima, Creatista, Expert, Prodigio, and the Krups, Magimix, De'Longhi or Sage models of that format). Not the Vertuo.
What is a functional mushroom?
A mushroom eaten for its compounds rather than for cooking. Lion's mane, Cordyceps, Chaga or Reishi have been used for centuries in traditional Chinese medicine.
Are the mushrooms hallucinogenic or psychotropic?
No. There are three clearly distinct families: culinary mushrooms (button mushrooms, ceps), functional mushrooms (Chaga, Cordyceps, Lion's mane, Reishi) and hallucinogenic mushrooms. Mush n Go uses only the functional ones: no psilocybin, no psychotropic effect. Not recommended for children or for pregnant or breastfeeding women; if you are on treatment, ask your doctor.
How long before there's an effect?
It depends on each person's body. Some people see a difference within the first few days, others after a few weeks.
Can you take several mushroom courses at the same time?
Yes. Simply keep to the recommended daily dose of each product, shown on the packaging.
Are mushrooms and adaptogenic plants legal?
Yes, in France, when they are sold as food supplements in line with the regulations. Our formulas are declared to the DGCCRF, which is not the case for every product you will find online.
